When Can We Help With Child Support?
- Support is based on the Child Support Guidelines table amount
- The child or children are under the age of majority
- Both parties ordinarily live in Canada
- The payor is employed and not self-employed
- The payor earns less than $150,000 per year
- The payor has no income from outside Canada
- Income can be determined from the payor’s T4 and line 15000 of their T1 General tax return
